Each member has worked in fast changing and critical business environments that require blends of forward thinking, creativity and business savviness with strong communication skills, structuring- and organizing capabilities.   With over 100 years of relevant experience and proven track-records in leading software and service companies, iWelcome's leadership team now shapes the next generation in Identity and Access Management Solutions: Identity as a Service.



Danny de Vreeze

Danny de Vreeze - CEO

Danny is one of the founders of iWelcome. In his role as CEO, Danny contributes over 15 years of entrepreneurship in ICT companies focused on Identity & Access Management, Security and Collaboration.  


From 2001 onwards Danny has been the CEO of Everett: one of the leading specialist consultancies and system integration firms in the Identity market space - Spanning the European, African and Middle East regions. Under his visionary leadership Everett and its subsidiary companies have become the pioneers in Portal, Identity, Collaboration, Search and Integration implementations. Everett has over time deserved its reputation as 'trusted to know'. 


Now Everett will once again be the groundbreaker in the way Identity & Workspace functionality can be delivered: as a service. Under the iWelcome brand Danny and his team have built the enabling platform for the next steps in Cloud Adoption.


Prior to Everett, Danny was one of the directors of Web Application Developer Wisdom, responsible for creating the group business strategy including a blended-shoring business model that combines the strengths of many cultures. 


Danny likes to work on the edge where creativity and vision meets practice.


Gerald Horst

Gerald Horst - Sales & Marketing Director

"In today's business world we all would like to see our work supported by value add and innovative ICT solutions. The number-one priority for me is bringing those solutions to my clients on the basis of honesty and integrity in my relationships with them". 


For Gerald Horst, the key to working with his clients, predominantly the larger companies and organizations, is gaining their trust in iWelcome's solutions and services. And the key to building that trust is demonstrating his expertise and successful track record in the identity management and portal market and the value add iWelcome brings.


Gerald is passionate about the industry's move to the cloud and therefore co-started in 2011 iWelcome. In the 11 years before that, Gerald took leadership in selling Everett's services and developing Everett to become Europe's number one system integrator, specialized in identity management, interaction and integration solutions.


In 1998, Gerald co-founded Customer Loyalty, a management-consulting firm with a focus on improving customer contact and worked at Customer Loyalty as VP Sales and Marketing. 


From 1994 onwards Gerald acted in various senior sales management roles, headed sales for Cambridge Technology Partners (CTP) in Europe and as such helped the company grow from a $ 2 million company, solely active in the US, to a $ 400 million company with over 1.200 employees in Europe and its business across the world. 


Prior to Cambridge Technology Partners, Gerald worked in a number of sales, marketing and sales management positions, at Getronics and Triple P.


Edwin Manes

Edwin Manes - Finance Director

Edwin has over twenty years of experience in the finance area and has worked with all aspects of finance at startups and growth-stage companies.  Before joining iWelcome he worked at Ernst & Young, was Finance Manager at SNP Holding (an Endemol company) and CFO at iLocal (a TomTom company). 


From March 2010, Edwin has been part of the Management Team of iWelcome Holding BV as the finance director for the group, consisting of the 6 Everett companies, Solution Support Center and iWelcome.

Edwin has a background in accountancy and currently works on his Master Thesis on Controlling at the Nyenrode Business Universiteit in the Netherlands.

Jordi Clement

Jordi Clement - Chief Architect

As Chief Architect Jordi heads iWelcome's product development, establishing the company’s platform and technical vision and leading all aspects of the software development processes. He plays an integral role in the company’s strategic direction, development and future growth in the Cloud Identity, Security and Collaboration markets.


Before joining iWelcome in 2011, Jordi was Managing Consultant for Everett's UK operations. Prior to that, Jordi has worked 9 years as an Enterprise Architect and Competence Leader for Everett. As such he has designed and helped implement numerous middleware solutions related to Enterprise portals and Identity & Access Management meanwhile maintaining a high level of expertise in all other main technical areas of Everett's propositions. 


Fred Hendriks

Fred Hendriks - Business Development Manager eHerkenning

Being one of the founders of Everett, Fred has been a keystone in Everett's growth strategies. Both on a visionary level as well as hands-on as Everett's prime business development manager.


Fred can boast over 40 years of experience in ICT, holding senior positions in sales & marketing and business development for leading technology companies like Digital Equipment / Hewlett Packard and Sun Microsystems. 


Recently Fred has set up Everett's eHerkenning propositions that now form the heart of the iWelcome eHerkenning Identity Broker service.


Fred holds the role of Business Development Manager for iWelcome with focus on 'Identity as a Service' in the Dutch Government market and specifically iWelcome and Everett's 'eHerkenning' offerings.
