iWelcome provides a service: Identity as you go. Identity and access management for your applications. Quick and easy. We get you up-and-running in a number of weeks. Maybe days even. You pay-as-you-go for this service. No big upfront investments, but operational cost, depending on the functionality you need, the amount of applications you want to connect to and the level of integration with your on-site IT systems.

Others fully embrace the cloud. But most often we encounter a hybrid situation: companies who have deployed applications in their own network, and are still using them, but at the same time they are starting to use cloud and external applications.

Cloud or on-premise

iWelcome can be used as a service in the cloud. In which case we host the service in our own datacenters. We create a separate environment for each customer on our virtual platform to ensure data security and maximize flexibility at the same time. We assign a dedicated set of computing resources to guarantee performance. If needed, we realize a secure connection to your network to connect to your internal applications and systems. iWelcome is partnering with Terremark for hosting the iWelcome Platform. Terremark offers state of the art platform-as-a-service that helps iWelcome to rapidly and securely deploy iWelcome for new customers.


Alternatively, we can deploy iWelcome on-premise. We still manage iWelcome as we would in the cloud but instead you have everything hosted within your own network.

Product editions - tailored to your needs

All our products are available in three different editions, which gradually add more functionality and that come standard with more connectors. This way you can choose the product edition that best matches your needs. The three editions are:

 

  • Standard.
  • Advanced.
  • Premium.

As-a-service

iWelcome is offered on the basis of 'Pay-as-you-go'. We charge you a one-time setup fee, in order to get your iWelcome environment up and running and help you import the first batch of accounts. Once that is done you a pay monthly fee based on the actual usage of iWelcome. 


Extensive reporting is provided for you to stay in control of your usage and costs. We even provide trend analysis for you to forecast the cost you will pay for the iWelcome service in order to take into account in your budget decisions.

Robust and proven technology

iWelcome has been built on top of robust, proven, open-source technology and make use of all the common open standards. We've designed the platform with security, performance, scalability and flexibility in mind. Not just for now, but for years to come. 


  • Users interact with iWelcome using the iWelcome Identity Portal. This interface contains a landing page and identity self-service for end-users. Authorised users have additional functionality available for user management, reporting, access reviews and such.
  • The core of iWelcome consists of identity management, access management and integration services. It is those services we use to connect with the outside world and provide provisioning, SSO, logging, reporting and access governance related services for all your applications.
  • We are using identity connectors and standard protocols to connect with the outside world. If needed, we sort out the technical details and integrate with applications using a provided API (programming interface).

It is not just the technology. iWelcome provides a service you depend on. Always. That is why we have deployed iWelcome on physically separated computer systems in world class datacenters around the world. This allows for disaster recovery and replication of your critical data. The iWelcome service is being monitored 7 x 24 by our support engineers as such maximizing iWelcome's uptime.
