Our aim is to make iWelcome as user friendly as possible. We want to stay away from the complex, hard to understand interfaces the traditional identity and access management systems provide.
We provide a convenient, secure and easy to understand interface for you to use. Whether you're an end-user or have administrative responsibilities.
For end-users:
- Everyone has access to a Landing page with application links to all their applications.
- A Self-service page provides you with all the details of your iWelcome and application accounts but also serves as the place to change or reset your password, or request additional application access.
For Administrators:
- A User administration page is available for user management.
- A Logging and Reporting page to configure, schedule or run reports and to view log information.
- An Access review page for periodic access reviews.
- A Monitoring page to monitor the iWelcome environment and connectivity to all connected applications.
The administrative tasks can be delegated and the functionality available through the interface depends on the users role.
Single Sign On
